Eastern Caisson's committed management team features over 125 years of combined experience and is dedicated to meeting even the most challenging projects. Eastern's management staff includes:

Timothy R. Klein: President of Eastern Caisson Corp. since its formation in January, 1996, has been associated with the caisson industry for over 40 years. Mr. Klein oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and is actively involved in all aspects of the business. Mr. Klein strongly believes that good people are the strongest asset a company can have, and has worked hard to ensure that he has the best.

Ron Heffner: Vice-President of Eastern Caisson Corp. since its formation, has been involved in the construction industry for over 45 years and in the caisson industry for 30 of those years. Mr. Heffner heads the estimating department and is the firm's Safety Director.

Kenneth V. Mattson: Secretary/Treasurer of Eastern Caisson Corp. since its formation and has been involved in the construction industry for over 31 years. Mr. Mattson is directly involved in all phases of office management.

Jerry L. Baublitz: General Superintendent and Vice-President in charge of Field Operations and has over 28 years of job site experience in the caisson industry. Mr. Baublitz organizes the activities between the office, shop, and all of the jobsites by coordinating the efficient movement of men, equipment, and tools to meet the everchanging and challenging job conditions. Contractors will find Jerry visiting all of the job sites on a regular basis and offering his expertise to each job.

David Haynes: Estimator / Project Mananger of Eastern Caisson Corp. Mr. Haynes has over 26 years of experience in this industry and very capably fills the dual role of both estimator and project manager. Mr. Haynes also handles estimating for buildings and budget pricing.

Glenn Baublitz: Estimator / Project Manager of Eastern Caisson Corp. Mr. Baublitz has over 10 years of experience in this industry and specializes in jobs including cell towers, road signs, light poles, and sound walls. He is very involved in multiple management responsibilities including the overall coordination of Eastern's equipment, workers, and vehicles.
